Terms of Service

Gulf Coast Bid Alerts is operated by Allday General Services LLC, 617 Garber Road, Broussard, LA 70518. Contact: ags.treefarm@gmail.com.

The service. We collect public solicitations from official government sources and email you the ones matching your settings. Listings can be late, incomplete or wrong: always confirm dates, requirements and addenda in the agency's own bid documents. We are not a government agency and aren't affiliated with any.

Plans and billing. Free: 1 state, weekly digest. Local ($10/month): up to 3 states, daily or weekly. Gulf Pro ($29/month): all 6 Gulf states, daily or weekly, plus CSV export. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial (one per customer), then renew monthly through Stripe until cancelled. Cancel, switch plans or update your card anytime with "Manage billing" on your settings page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and plan changes are prorated. If a payment fails, the account may drop back to the Free plan.

Use. Use the alerts and exports for your own bidding. Don't resell or republish them.

Liability. Provided "as is" without warranties. We aren't responsible for missed bids or deadlines. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 3 months.
